Summary: Dear ambassador team, our stay in the ambassador villa was phenomenal! The villa has a warm atmosphere and is nicely decorated. What is also nice about the villa is that there is enough space for privacy. the swimming pools were well maintained. the contact with the ambassador team went smoothly. I had a great birthday. Summary: We spent a week at the Ambassador and had a lovely time! The view from the terrace was breath-taking and the rooms and accommodations were perfect for a large group. We experienced a few minor issues (broken stove, one shower drain was blocked and a door handle was missing for the balcony) but the team was very responsive in helping us resolve or at least apologize for the inconvenience. Suzette, our concierge, was absolutely lovely and helped book a number of activities for our large group of 12 people. We really enjoyed our stay.
